Most orders are made and shipped within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We recommend ordering at least 1 week before your event for peace of mind.

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working on — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your chosen shipping method) to follow your package in real time.

First, check your tracking number for the latest status. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If it's still missing, email us at hello@203rd.com and we'll make it right.

Our toppers are precision laser-cut from either premium Baltic birch wood or high-gloss acrylic depending on the finish you choose. Both materials are durable, lightweight, and food-safe for cake use.

Our standard wedding cake topper is approximately 6–8 inches wide depending on the text length, and 4–5 inches tall. It fits beautifully on cakes 6 inches or larger. If you need a specific size, contact us for a custom cut.

Yes! Every topper comes with two sturdy acrylic or wooden stakes attached to the base that insert directly into your cake. No additional tools or assembly required — just press it in and it stands perfectly upright.

Absolutely — that's one of our favorite things about our toppers! Many couples display them in shadow boxes, on shelves, or in frames as a permanent keepsake. Clean gently with a dry cloth after use.

Because each topper is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. However, if your topper arrives damaged or with an error on our part, we will replace it at no charge. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

We're so sorry! Please email hello@203rd.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away — no questions asked.

If you catch the typo before your order ships, contact us immediately and we'll correct it at no charge. If the topper has already shipped with the text you entered, a replacement can be made at a discounted rate. Email hello@203rd.com right away.
