Production Time
Most orders are crafted and shipped within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package in real time on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx website.
Shipping From
All orders ship from our studio in Florida, USA. We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping coming soon.
Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your topper is on its way.

Every topper is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — no bending, breaking, or scratching.
Missing Package?
If your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your mailbox. Still missing? Email us and we'll resolve it quickly.
Planning for a wedding or event? We recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks before your event date to allow for production time plus shipping. For events within 5 days, please contact us at hello@203rd.com or text (727) 698-9344 before ordering so we can confirm availability.
