  • Customer entered incorrect custom text at checkout
  • Change of mind after the order has been crafted
  • Color looks slightly different on screen vs. in person (natural wood variation)
  • Order was placed with the wrong shipping address
  • Item was used, installed on a cake, or altered
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Typo in your custom text? If you notice a mistake in your order right after placing it, contact us immediately at hello@203rd.com or text (727) 698-9344. Because we start production within hours, we can only make changes before your topper enters the cutting queue. Once crafted, custom text changes are not possible.
