1. Custom Products
All of our custom cake toppers are made to order based on the text and options you provide. Because each item is personalized, we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (including spelling, dates, or formatting).

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Production begins shortly after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders quickly; however, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make it right.

5. Product Use
Our cake toppers are intended for decorative use only. Handle with care and keep away from heat, flame, or excessive moisture.
